School Dinners
Dinner charges from September 2020 will be:
£2.40 per day (£12.00 per week) in Years 3,4, 5 and Year 6.
Dinner money should be posted into the dinner money post box in the school office foyer on a Monday morning in a sealed envelope with the child's name and class and the amount inside written on it. We cannot give out change for dinner monies. Any overpayments will be banked against you child's dinner account.
Free School Meals
There is no charge for school meals if you have received notification from Leeds City Council that your child/children are entitled to free school meals. Please contact the school office if you think you may be entitled to free school meals due to a low income.
Meals are also free to children in RECEPTION, YEAR 1 and YEAR 2.
May we take this opportunity to remind you that the two-course meal (currently in grab-bag format) continues to be nutritionally balanced and is good value for money.
Please note, if your child wishes to change from one dinner time arrangement to another, at least TWO WEEKS notice must be given in writing to the school office. Failure to do so causes administrative problems both in the office and with catering staff. Please indicate below what dinner time arrangements you wish your child to have.
Packed Lunches
Please send packed lunches in a named rigid container (not a plastic bag), preferably one your child will recognise easily.
Please do NOT send the following into school:
- Cans of fizzy drinks,
- Anything in glass containers,
- Flasks of hot soup
- Foods containing nuts
Further guidance on packing a healthy lunch can be found here.
