Non-Negotiable learning objectives
National Government has set high expectations for pupils in our country. Our parent leaflets (below) explain how our school will work with you to ensure your child achieves.
The inside pages outline the objectives for each year group which we know are essential to your child making the progress necessary progress to meet the national standards set for the end of each key stage. We have called these our
'non-negotiables'.
Children are expected to show a secure knowledge in ALL these objectives to be where they should be at the end of the year.
We have used Google Translate to make these available in some other languages. These are not perfect a translation, but we hope they will help parents understand national expectations. Please ask at school for a copy in your preferred language. There are separate leaflets on this website (below) explaining how we will support the many pupils we have who are learning English as an Additional Language.
